Stept6 does not accept returns for any products. All sales are final.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges under the following conditions:
Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of receiving your order. unused, in fresh condition, with original tags and packaging intact.
The shipping fee for exchanges will be borne by the customer, up to INR 150, depending on the delivery pincode.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired product/size is unavailable, we will notify you promptly.
How to Request an Exchange

Please send us an email at tattvaglobal9@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 8287954950 within 5 days of receiving the package for any exchange requests. If this timeline exceeds 5 days, the item will not be eligible for exchange.
Step 2
The team will revert with an email confirming the exchange along with details.
Step 3
Pack the Product in its original packaging with all the original tags, along with the completed invoice. Send the package to the address stated in the return email. Please note that we will not accept an exchanges for items marked as SALE.
Terms & Conditions
Products must meet all eligibility criteria to qualify for an exchange.
Exchange requests with improper or invalid images of the product/tags will be rejected.
If incorrect products or extra items are handed over during pickup, the exchange request will be canceled.
If reverse pickup fails, please contact us to reschedule or send the product via courier.
